Enrolment Information

We welcome families who are considering Grace Christian College for their child’s education. Our enrolment process begins with an Information Meeting and College Tour, providing you with a valuable opportunity to learn more about our community.

 

Step 1: Book an Information Meeting and Tour
The first step in the enrolment journey is to meet with the Principal for an Information Meeting and College Tour. During this session, the principal will:

  • Share the College’s vision, values, and educational goals
  • Guide you through our facilities
  • Give you the chance to observe classes in action and experience the unique atmosphere of our school

Step 2: Receive and Complete the Application Form
At the Information Meeting, you will receive an Application for Admission form for your child/children. Once you’ve decided that Grace Christian College is the right fit for your family, you can proceed with submitting the application/s along with the required documents:

  • A copy of your child’s Medicare Immunisation History Statement (for Foundation to Year 6)
  • Copies of your child’s two most recent school reports (for Years 1–11)
  • A copy of your child’s latest NAPLAN results (for Years 3–11)

A non-refundable application fee of $88.00 per child is payable at the time of submission.

 

Step 3: Enrolment Interview (Years 1–11)

  • Foundation Year applicants do not require a further interview.
  • For students entering Years 1–11, an Enrolment Interview with our Admissions Panel is required.
    • The panel may include senior leadership and teaching staff.
    • All relevant school reports must be submitted prior to the interview.

Step 4: Outcome of Application

 

Following the review of your application, you will be notified via email regarding the outcome.
